Greetings! Your ability to transform your life, your consciousness and conscious communication with other beings such that it is loving and transformative and expansive and giving during very, very difficult times -- this is unlimited.
When times are especially chaotic with catalyst events occurring frequently during the day or even during an hour, begin to be aware that this is a signal or symbol of greater power becoming available as you reach for higher love for all beings, even in the midst of chaos. And that means all beings. That's where the power comes from!

If you can reach those states of meditation on love -- as many levels as you can reach, going higher and higher as things become more and more chaotic -- there is tremendous energy in your own creative consciousness when this occurs.
You literally are becoming a new transformed being before your own eyes and mind. Because you can reach for higher levels of love, sisterhood, brotherhood, caring for every single individual, and especially every single child. All have higher selves, higher souls and community which is almost indescribable. Great streams of creative consciousness are always available to you. And many of your great thinkers and scientists and psychologists have tapped into them and benefitted from these great visions. This is your time to do this.
You literally are becoming a new transformed being before your own eyes and mind.

And the greatest catalyst for this is to increase your time simply meditating on love at higher and higher levels. If you say the words out loud, even, they have tremendous power: "Meditate on Love, Level 1."
And relax for several or many minutes at Level 1 of Meditating on Love for All Beings -- and a transformed Earth and a transformed you. And then do this at Level 2, at Level 3, at Level 4, at Level 5.
Now, if you can bring this "Transformation Meditation: 5 Levels of Love” to begin each day, bring this in, this level of concentrated focus, transmuting and transforming energy, simply becomes part of your identity: "This is how I begin my day."

And then you are in a different state of mind when you begin your day in a phase 2, which is to reach out to people with love -- to either give them affirmation, to communicate with someone you haven't spoken with in many years, or someone to whom you owe a gratitude.
Express the gratitudes and the affirmations in love. Don't just express them in your mind. Reach out and touch others in special loving communication on all of your communication platforms. Every day, do this. And do not leave out when you send the paper -- paper comes from trees; cards are received with very special feeling right now because you cannot always be with someone you care about, or touch and hug in great loving community.
Therefore, every mode of communication is a vehicle of transformation.
