"Grandmother on Want to Time Travel? You Do It Every Day. The Power of Human Consciousness."

GRANDMOTHER:


Greetings!

If you would like to travel across time, let us begin with the recognition that you do travel across time each day, and that human consciousness is very powerful across many dimensions and across your sense of time. Each minute of each day, you are focused on the past or the future. You are very rarely focused on the present time.

"If you would like to travel across time, let us begin with the recognition that you do travel across time each day."

Being focused on what you're doing right now is beginning to increase the range of your understanding of the nature of time with regard to the power of your own consciousness. You focus on a past event from your perspective. I would like to ask if you would consider focusing on past events from the perspective of the person with whom you interacted, or the object of either love or hate or upsetment --  their point of view -- is how you change the nature of your existing time travel with regard to the past.

1 The Past

You are traveling into the past in a reality each day, sometimes remembering at such a vivid level that it seems you are back there in the past when the event happened. I would like you to bi-locate when you do that. I would like you to think about the impact of what you did or felt or thought or said -- how that could have impacted many other people.

So, it is not just how this event in the past, which is across time -- it is time travel when you review the past -- but you were not the only person present. So, expand your world view and consciousness to include all beings present in any past event. When you do this, you begin to truly exercise a higher level of creative consciousness. You are expanding your ability to view in the past. You are, in a sense, "remote viewing" a past event, by becoming more fully consciousness of, let us say, those other beings present or affected.

Now you can expand this further, by going through a process of enabling each of the senses that you work with, the 5 senses, and try to remember what you were hearing, exactly, or seeing or smelling or tasting or feeling emotionally, or feeling in terms of textures around you. And add to that a 6th sense of intuitive perception -- this is "higher knowing" -- and a sense of time awareness, because now you have lived through that moment in the past. You are, in fact, traveling there from the future. You are a time traveler 

So, every situation in which you are reviewing the past -- I ask you to consider that if you review the impact on all others, in detail, you might rethink how you feel and respond now with greater love and compassion and forgiveness, so that your "now" becomes much more powerful.

And if you include your sensory awareness expansion at the same time, you may actually "see" things intuitively in the room or circumstance or thought process you went through, which enables a higher-consciousness-loving viewpoint in your mind. This will also improve your health and your mental focus.

2 The Present Moment

Now, let us take the present moment, and I would like you to do a second exercise of focusing intently on "now." Now, now, now, now.

And one way to do this is to be aware of what you are hearing now, now, now, now -- and seeing and smelling and tasting and feeling or touching and knowingWhat are you knowing right now, intuitively? What is your sense of time right now? Take each of these senses -- 7 - and work with now, now, now, now.

This is very important to do. It anchors you in the present. And if you would like to expand this, the power of human consciousness and emotions is extremely great.

So, a second way for you to be in "now" is to focus, let us say, on several powerful, positive human emotions that could change your day and spirit.

  • Meditate on love. And let that be for a few minutes.
  • Meditate on compassion for others. And be with that emotion.
  • Meditate upon forgiveness. And be with that great power of transformation that we call forgiveness.
  • Be with joy. Meditate on joy. Take plenty of time for joy.
  • Meditate upon happiness. Take plenty of time for happiness.
  • And meditate on gratitude. What are you grateful for today? Try to come up with at least 10 things in your mind that you are grateful for.

Now, if you begin each day with a few moments’ mediation on each of these, you change the atmosphere or aura or energy fields around you that you bring to others, whether you are communicating in person or electronically. You change these in a very positive and healing way. And you also become much more aware of true "now."

You are interested in "True North"? Become interested in "True Now."

3 The Future.

Now, let us look at the future. Every day, you are time traveling into the future. You are often so completely distracted with your time travel into future planning, future pictures, future hopes, future dreams, that sometimes you miss both the "now" and the "past," And you do not connect-the-dots!

"Now, let us look at the future. Every day, you are time traveling into the future."

So, let us do it instead with conscious focus. Focus upon a future idea or a plan or a goal. And take quite a few minutes to picture it in detail with great creativity in your mind.

  • "I would like this: __________"
  • "I would like this loving and beautiful Earth." And then you vision it.
  • "I would like this very loving and beautiful thing to happen in my life, and I am planning toward it."

And you focus on that with all of your 7 senses:

  • What does it feel like?
  • What do you hear, in that moment that you are imagining and planning for in your life?
  • What do you see?
  • What do you smell?
  • What do you taste?
  • What do you feel emotionally?
  • What is the texture?
  • What is your intuitive sense of what is happening?
  • And what is your sense of time in the future?

You see, "now" always exists. But if you are focused on the future, my goodness, there is a "now" there, too! You can absolutely, intuitively shift your focus to a time in the future when you will be at a different location and imagine what that would be likeBut you can do it with such full consciousness, that you extend your "now" ability into the future!

4 Conscious Time Travel

This is the beginning of actual time travel with consciousness.

It is your conscious thought for review of the past and review of the future that can change everything in your life -- I repeat, everything in your life -- with these simple meditations.

Now, at the crux of this, the meditations on love. Simply meditating on love and on the powerful positive emotions we have stressed -- you can add to these if you like, but each day, in the "now," in the present , if you do this, then when you do your review of the past consciously, your planning for the future, your ability to create real future situations, the various things that you make or conceive or build -- do this as a meditation first, with love! 

Not just, "Oh, it would be nice if I did this."

This kind of time travel is time planning. And you will be much more thoughtful about the plan that you set in motion for the future and the things you do, if you consciously meditate upon it, as opposed to just thinking about it in your usual way, which is often distracted.

This is focused consciousness, focused contemplation on future events and activities and thoughts.Focused concentration changes the future.

If this is the highest energies of love and compassion and forgiveness and kindness, it has a power that is beyond your ability to understand. The only way to understand this, and to understand time travel and the true power of human consciousness -- is to do these practices. So, there you are!

You want to time travel? Do your meditation exercise on the past. Do your meditation exercise on the future where you're using all of these 7 senses. And meditate upon love and powerful human emotions to start each day. And you can do this in less than half an hour, this kind of focus.

You are an amazing, super-sensory, interstellar, universal being! Your thoughts impact across time and space! I repeat: Your thoughts impact across time and space.

Begin to live that life, with that awareness of the power of your own consciousness in these meditations and focuses, so that you are thoughtful in your day, and you take into account the impact on others: The loving impact of all beings in the future, all beings in the past, the impact of everything you think, say, and do or plan to do.
