"Grandmother on New Horizons, Joy, and Love for Health and Clarity of Mind," Recorded and Transcript created 12-19-19, Posted 1-11-20 - Transcript only, due to personal nature of the dialogue.
This was a personal dialogue exercise with Grandmother, so I'm not including the recording.
But it contained good advice for every kind of situation, a vaster encouragement for when you are feeling ill or discouraged.
While ill, I asked for a message about how to be healthier and create healthy environments, to be of greater service to others.
There is a Horizon which you cannot see but you are a part of. Do you see?
You are in the present and you are in the Future Horizon. And all the events around you at this time are connected to very large events in the Future Horizon. Those events are so significant and so large that it distorts, to some extent, your ability to see the current situation clearly.
The principles for the highest loving consciousness of living your life remain the same:
- It is very important to increase your affirmation of self and others, your love of self and others, and express that joyfully.
- It is important to find things to be joyful about -- to increase the level of joy in your life.
These are things that are so health-giving that, little by little, health issues become mute.
There are very simple steps before you. And if you imbue each of them with a great deal of love and a great deal of forgiveness and a great deal of trust in the loving and creative nature of the Universe and its great lessons, then each step can be magical for you, regardless of the health issues or resource concerns.
Because the greatest resource of all is Love.
And if you think you are feeling insecure in some way, in any regard, then imagine what others are feeling and how much they will benefit from your expressing great love for them and great appreciation.
And if you focus there, you will begin to have some physical stamina and clarity of mind that will assist you in making your next step plans with a higher, happier, creative, and loving energy.
-- Grandmother from Another Planet
“On a long flight, after periods of crisis and many hours of fatigue, mind and body may become disunited until at times they seem completely different elements, as though the body were only a home with which the mind has been associated but by no means bound. Consciousness grows independent of the ordinary senses. You see without assistance from the eyes, over distances beyond the visual horizon. There are moments when existence appears independent even of the mind. The importance of physical desire and immediate surroundings is submerged in the apprehension of universal values." -- Charles A. Lindbergh, The Spirit of St. Louis
“We were quiet for a while, and then I said, "I think my favorite part of Antarctica is just looking out." You know why?" Dad asked. "When your eyes are softly focused on the horizon for sustained periods, your brain releases endorphins. It's the same as a runner's high.” -- Maria Semple
